Terms of Services — Makeup Master

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Services ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Li Solutions ("Li Solutions", "we", "us") and govern your use of the Makeup Master mobile application and its related websites and services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Makeup Master is a makeup try-on app: you upload a selfie, choose makeup styles, and the app generates previews of how those looks could appear on your face. Previews are generated with the help of artificial-intelligence technology, are simulations for inspiration and entertainment, and may differ from real-life results with actual cosmetics. The Service does not provide professional, medical, or dermatological advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely to operate and provide the Service — for example, to generate makeup previews you request. You are responsible for the content you upload: only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use with the permission of the people shown in them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not: use it for any unlawful purpose; upload content that is abusive, infringing, or depicts a person without their consent; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use automated tools to access the Service outside its intended interfaces.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features of the Service may require payment. Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google and are also subject to their terms, billing, and refund policies. Prices and available features may change; we will not change the price of an active subscription period retroactively.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and content (excluding your photos), is owned by Li Solutions and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services such as the App Store, Google Play, and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that previews will be accurate representations of real cosmetic products.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Li Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or the website before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
