1. Who we are

Makeup Master is a makeup try-on app operated by Li Solutions ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Makeup Master app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have. For privacy questions, contact us through our website at li.solutions.

2. Information we collect

Photos you upload: when you use the try-on feature, the selfie you choose is sent to our servers only to generate makeup previews — it is processed in memory and never stored (see "How we use your photos"). Usage and device data: we collect app interaction events, approximate device information (model, OS version, language), and crash reports so we can improve stability and understand how features are used. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your contacts, precise location, or browsing history.

3. How we use your photos

Your photos are used for one purpose: generating the makeup previews you request. We have no photo storage at all — your photos are never saved to our servers or databases. They are processed automatically, in memory only, for the moment it takes to generate your preview, and then they are gone. Your photos are never used to train AI models, are never reviewed by humans, are not used to identify you, are not used for advertising, and are never sold or shared for any other purpose.

4. How we use other data

We use usage and device data to operate and improve the Service, fix crashes and bugs, understand which styles and features are popular, and plan new functionality. We rely on the following legal bases where GDPR applies: performance of a contract (providing the try-on feature you request), legitimate interests (improving and securing the Service), and consent where required.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service: Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, notifications) and cloud infrastructure and AI providers (such as Google Cloud) that process photos to generate previews. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Retention and security

Photos are not retained at all — they exist only in memory during processing and are never written to storage. Aggregated analytics and crash data are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and isolated processing environments — to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to keep risks low.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting us through our website at li.solutions. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or the website before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision.
